GRANTS FOR COMMUNITY GROUPS
South Huron Vitality Fund
Applications Now Open

Applications are now being accepted for grants from the South Huron Vitality Fund. Deadline for applications is April 1st.

The Fund was created through the generosity of the South Huron Municipal Council and many community members through Family Funds and personal donations. It provides small grants to organizations offering community programs, events, and activities in South Huron. “This is an opportunity for these organizations to receive financial support for innovative ideas to strengthen our community”, says Tom Prout, Chair of the South Huron Community Fund Committee.

Information about how to apply is available on the Foundation’s website at https://sunsetcommunityfoundation.ca.  The first step is to contact Lisa Reaume, Executive Director, at sunsetcommunityfoundation@gmail.com or call 519-280-0944 to discuss your organization’s idea.

In previous years, South Huron Vitality Fund grants have supported Big Brothers Big Sisters South Huron, Exeter Skating Club, Exeter Branch Library, South Huron Creative Arts Centre, the Huron Waves Music Festival, Noah’s Ark, Winterfest, and Friends of Pinery Park.
