| GRANT AWARDS time again! |
| Wednesday November 26th 2025 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Royal Canadian Legion Branch 498, 20 Municipal Drive, Grand Bend  Each fall, the Sunset Community Foundation proudly celebrates the outstanding organizations serving residents of the Greater Grand Bend Area. We invite all residents, businesses, and community organizations from Lambton Shores and Huron County to join us for this year’s GGBA Community Fund Grant Awards Celebration. As part of our Fall 2025 Grants Program, we are thrilled to announce that a total of $151,400 will be awarded to 27 community service organizations in recognition of their impactful and essential programs. A heartfelt thank you goes to the hard-working GGBA Advisory Committee, who thoughtfully reviewed 41 submissions and made the challenging decisions that will deliver the greatest benefit to our communities. Note: Grant decisions are based on a detailed matrix assessing impact, feasibility, budget, and project outcomes. The GGBA Advisory Committee is comprised of these dedicated volunteers: Peter Janzen, Jim Jean, Bruce Hough, Cheryl Dinnin, Bob Illman, Jan Williams, Garrett Pedlar, Debbie Schram, Dwayne Mathers, and George Shaw. We look forward to celebrating with you and recognizing the remarkable spirit of giving that makes our region thrive.
