Mike Niglas enjoyed a 37-year career in the property and casualty insurance industry, holding roles in both sales and executive leadership. He has also served on a variety of nonprofit and corporate boards in Windsor and London, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to governance and community service.
Mike and his wife, Lisa, chose to retire in ACW Township on the shores of Lake Huron, where they actively participate in local community activities and groups. Continuing his dedication to volunteerism, Mike served for 12 years as a director and community member with the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital, contributing his expertise, leadership, and passion to benefit the community he now calls home.
