Dwayne Mathers is happily retired with deep roots in the Grand Bend area. He grew up in Exeter and spent many years enjoying the Grand Bend Yacht Club in the 1980s and 1990s. Today, Dwayne owns two homes in Southcott Pines and has been living there full-time since 2021. His parents have been involved with the Sunset Community Foundation since its inception, and the Mathers Family Fund has been supporting the Foundation since 2017.
Dwayne recently retired from Deloitte, where he worked as a consultant specializing in manufacturing systems and operations. He is an experienced Industry 4.0 and supply chain leader, with a strong background as a management consulting practice leader, General Manager of manufacturing operations, and CEO of a publicly traded company. He holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Ivey Business School at Western University and is skilled in business planning, digital strategy, IoT, revenue and profit growth, P&L management, strategic sourcing, project portfolio management, and process improvement.
